مقدمة الاستبيان:

الترشّح للانتخابات النيابية خطوة مهمّة تتطلّب تقييماً دقيقاً للجاهزية القانونية، السياسية، والعملية. هذا الإستبيان يساعدك/كِ على تقييم مدى استعدادك/ك لخوض الانتخابات النيابية في لبنان وفقاً للقانون رقم 44/2017.

1. الأهلية القانونية والاستعداد التنظيمي

هل أستوفي جميع الشروط القانونية للترشّح وفق القانون رقم 44/2017؟ (الجنسية، العمر، الحقوق المدنية والسياسية…) نعم لا

هل لدي معرفة تامّة بالنظام النسبي؟ (الصوت التفضيلي، وتوزيع المقاعد بحسب الدوائر والطوائف) نعم لا

Introduction:

Running for parliamentary elections is an important step that requires a careful assessment of one’s legal, political, and practical readiness. This questionnaire is designed to help you evaluate your preparedness to run in Lebanon’s parliamentary elections in accordance with Law No. 44/2017.

1. Legal eligibility and institutional preparedness

Do I meet all the legal eligibility criteria for candidacy under Law No. 44/2017 (citizenship, age, and possession of full civil and political rights)? Yes No

Am I fully familiar with the proportional representation system, including the preferential vote mechanism and the allocation of seats by electoral district and confessional affiliation? Yes No

Do I understand the regulations governing campaign financing and expenditure ceilings? Yes No
