This project aims to enhance the economic autonomy of women by supporting 40 Lebanese women and girls (aged 18-30) from technical education fields, including hospitality, sales, and office assistance. Through tailored training workshops and coaching sessions, Mehnati equips participants with technical and soft skills essential for securing better job opportunities or increasing their earnings. The program covers CV writing, job interviews, job searching, and networking, filling the gaps left by their formal education. To maximize impact, Madanyat will collaborate with technical schools and civil society organizations to optimize recruitment, resources, and opportunities.
