In partnership with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Madanyat launched the “Next Gen Votes” project to build the capacities of emerging municipal candidates, with a particular focus on politically engaged women and youth. The initiative aimed to equip participants with the practical skills required for effective, accountable, and modern political leadership.
Implemented in April 2025, the project featured a two-day training series that brought together 36 participants for five intensive sessions. Topics included digital campaigning, the use of artificial intelligence in political messaging, online reputation management, proposal writing, project funding, municipal law, and town twinning. Led by expert trainers Mr. Jean Hanna and Mrs. Nada Hamzah, the sessions provided actionable tools to support participants in strengthening their local campaigns and advancing inclusive governance.
